Are you a manufacturer or a trading company ?

We are manufacturer specialized in display shelves and glass showcase since 2002, covers area of 10000 sqms with carpentry workshop, fully enclosed dust-free paint workshop, hardware work shop, glass workshop, assembly workshop.We has been making store showcase and Checkout Counters for industries like jewelry,perfume,smoke shop,phones and accessories etc.

What material options do you offer ?

We provide different options for your choice, from wood to glass.For lights, we have LED strip light/banner/spotlight.etc.

What customizations do you support ?

We have an outstanding R& D team to let your design come true. The design service(like 2d/3d model) also available. The product could put your own logo if you like. Meanwhile, we can recommend the most suitable option for your project.

If you can send me a sample ?

Yes, Sample is available. We would charge sample fee and would refund to you in amount order.Hope you can understand because of the price of product and shipping fee is relatively high.

How do you control quality?

We have a professional QC team that monitors quality throughout mass production and conducts a full inspection before shipment.

Are the ordered products pre-assembled or disassembled before shipping ?

Most of our products are shipped in flat-pack form. Upon request, or for certain specific items, we can also deliver them pre-assembled. All products are pre-assembled in our factory for quality checking, and each order comes with detailed installation instructions as well as video guidance. If needed, we can also arrange for our engineers to provide remote assistance with your installation.

How is the after-sales service ?

We will provide photos and videos of the goods for your inspection before delivery. If you find any damage, scratches, or other issues upon receiving the products, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter together.
